THE WONDERS OF OUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND
 
Once I understood how to shift paradigms not serving me, I achieved great personal and professional goals: relationships, jobs, personal projects.

After years of daily study and application, I shared my findings with the Teams I have led as a General Manager, at Rosie Lee first and polette then. 

Recently, I have decided to structure all the knowledge and the tools in a series of seminars structured in four modules sequentially connected:

• discover the wonders of the subconscious mind,
• learn how to set goals & habits to achieve them;
• express untapped potential & become a leader;
• personalise tools to overcome any limiting beliefs.
OVERCOMING PARADIGM & TERROR BARRIER

MODULE 1 (3 hours): we dive into how to overcome our limiting beliefs.
“Auto-pilot”
Our lives are subconsciously driven by paradigms: multitude of habits dictating our inner thinking, talking and feeling. It’s like a “program”, “encoded” by genetic and environmental conditioning.

Repetition
Every paradigm can be shifted by daily repetitions (meditations, affirmations, visualizations, exercises). 3 years ago I decided to live fully, harmoniously, abundantly: I wrote my own “program”.
THE METHOD TO STAY ON TRACK

MODULE 2 (3 hours): we analyse how to set goals, advance and complete them. 
One day or day One
"It always seems impossible until it's done": When we understand who we are, we perceive everything differently and Life becomes our playground. Henry Ford, Leonardo da Vinci, Elon Musk understood that.

Every goal
can be achieved by using tools such as goal card, Life script, gratitude, affirmations, meditations, visualisations, incantations, mirror-work, and organised planning; creatively as an artist and methodically as a scientist.
THE COMMON DENOMINATOR OF SUCCESS

MODULE 3 (3 hours): we break down the recurring elements granting great results.
